My friend is having a 90's party, and we're supposed to come in costume. I think it sounds hilarious and I can't wait. But I have no idea what to wear. I'm going to dinner with my grandmother first, and I won't have time to change, so I don't want something too outlandish. Something that can go from dinner to the party would be great. Any suggestions for me?
