I'm about to start college in the fall and I've already been invited to a special 18th birthday party. The theme is none other than Lady Gaga, and guests are supposed to dress up like her. It's also a contest, so the best costume will win a prize. I'm petite, but I'm pretty busty on top, so I'm worried that I won't be able to find something good enough to win without looking much too inappropriate. I'm really interested in her early look from back in her "Just Dance," "Pokerface," and "Love Game" days. Any suggestions?
