I need some help. My brother-in-law recently got engaged and they are having a little get together, something small. I have no idea what to wear! I don't want to be too casual but I do not want to be over dressed. I would prefer a top and pants and something that has sleeves. I am a big fan of color and I would not mind wearing heels. I would really appreciate it if you could help.
