I'm planning my 24th birthday party and need help with an outfit. I'm having the party at a popular tiki bar. It's very lively and festive with flowers, fire drinks, BBQ, and limbo lines. It's important that I look the "tropical island" part, and also look sexy. I live near San Fransisco, and the party is the first week of November, so it will probably be chilly, but the party is indoors where I know it will be very warm. I am plus sized (size 20). I'd like a dress and I'd adore a hot pair of heels. Do you have any ideas?
