I'm going to attend a policy seminar in Washington DC the first week of January, and I have no idea what to wear. I'm from the south, so I don't really own any super warm clothes. Also, we will be going to Capitol Hill and meeting people, so I need to look professional, but cute since I'm still in college. I'm about a size 10/12 and I would prefer to wear flats or low heels since we will be walking a lot as well. Please help!
