I have a wedding on January 15th at 2pm in California. There is a chance it will rain and it will certainly be cold. I am from (tropical) Brazil, so I am always freezing everywhere I go here in the winter. I don't know what to wear - I want a dress, but are black tights too much for 2pm? I need tights or I can't wear a dress, because it will be too cold. I think a long dress will be too fancy. It's not gonna be a very fancy wedding. It would be awesome if you could help me!
