My best friend is getting married in Jamaica in August with her immediate family, but they're having an informal PREception before hand and I have no idea what to wear. It's in Charlotte, NC so its bound to be pretty toasty. I'm 5'4", around 160 lbs, size 10. I've got pretty wide hips and a narrow, long torso. I don't mind sleeveless but because of my curvy bottom half, I'm not a fan of things that are too short. I love color and would love to wear something bright to help her celebrate. Any ideas?
