Packing for Alaska, Part III: Bottoms

When it comes to packing bottoms for Alaska, I'm keeping it simple and casual. No skirts, no dress pants. Everything will be comfy and utilitarian. Here's what I'll bring with me:

1. Jeggings. These particular ones are only one step beyond a Pajama Jean, but whatevs. They are so comfy - perfect for long flights and long walks.
2. Skinny stretch cargo pants.
3. Black stretch jeans that can be dressed up or down.
4. Traditional boot-cut jeans.
