It's my senior year of college, and my very last fall sorority formal is coming up, so I want to find a great dress. I love Blair Waldorf's style, as well as Kate Middleton's, yet I also have a love for whimsical, hippie type things. I'm very tiny (5' tall, 90 pounds) and would like a dress that is quite short (so it needs to be able to be altered, because things are not made short enough for me haha), but still classy. Also, it cannot be white or red, but any other color is fine. If you could help me look gorgeous this night, it would mean so much to me!
