Sunday Splurges: Short-Handle Handbags

I've said it before: I'm a huge sucker for a nice handbag. Still, I'm usually not a fan of bags with short handles and rises. I prefer shoulder bags or crossbody bags. However, I'm finding myself unreasonably smitten with these shorter handled bags, even though they're not very practical (I like to be hands-free).
