I saw this adorable lace collar necklace on the Modcloth site, and I'm sort of obsessed with it. I want to buy it, but before I drop sixty bucks on it, can you give me an idea about how to wear it?
I've been eyeing that necklace as well, but I think I'm going to make one on my own (or try to, anyway). But pairing the necklace should be pretty easy - you can wear it with a strapless top or dress for a bold look, but I'm going to put it together with a simple dress, so that the collar is the main focus of the outfit.
