I just got an exciting new job and it requires a lot of travel. I'll probably be flying around the country 2-3 times a month. I've done my fair share of flying before, and I've never been able to hit the perfect balance between comfortable and fashionable. I'm either looking like a slob in sweats or fidgety in tight jeans and too-high heels. Can you help me with a flying "uniform" that's comfortable enough to spend hours on a plane in, but that looks nicer than pajamas or workout gear?
I used to fly from Philly to Fort Lauderdale twice a month for work, so I've perfected my own flying uniform. I provided one version of it last month, so feel free to use it for inspiration, and here's another option. Any of my in-flight fashion recommendations will probably involve knits, TOMS shoes, and a big scarf that can double as a blanket. They are travel essentials in my book.
If it's chilly out, feel free to throw a pair of leggings on underneath this maxi dress.
