I just got a new job! But I'm clueless as to how I should dress there because I'm going from being a server at a restaurant to a real job as an administrative assistant. The dress code is business casual, but I'll be doing a lot of walking around to different offices so I don't need to wear heels. I'm 5 ft and have kind of an hourglass figure. I am pretty conservative - I love J. Crew, but I can't afford it. My style icons are Jessica Alba, Mandy Moore, or Zooey Deschanel. They're cute, chic, simple, and almost effortless! PLEASE PLEASE HELP, your outfits are always great!
