Frugal Finds: H&M Cotton Dress

I wish that H&M would hurry up and get on the e-commerce train already! In the meantime, I'll have to actually leave my home and drive to the store if I want to buy this comfy, casual dress. It comes in stripes or polka dots, and the price is so right.
