Frugal Finds: CoverGirl Lip Perfection Lipstick in Eternal

It was only a year or two ago that I started experimenting with bright lipsticks, but now I can't get enough! I tend to go for the higher-end lipsticks (especially NARS) but decided to try this bright CoverGirl lipstick when I saw it in the drugstore. I love the color Eternal, it's bright - brighter than it looks in the photo - and the staying power is impressive!
