Frugal Finds: Navy Duck Shoes

I'm really bad about checking the weather before I leave the house, so I often get stuck in a summer downpour wearing sandals. And if there's one thing I hate, it's having wet feet. Shudder. So maybe I should invest in some cute waterproof duck shoes.
