Roundup: Summer Prep

A few weeks ago, as I was getting dress to go out and run some errands, I caught myself in the mirror and was surprised at how preppy I looked in my chambray shirt, striped shorts, a bright necklace, and boat shoes! I've never been one to dress in the preppy style before, but for some reason, this summer, I've been all about it. My preference is more of a laid-back nautical prep, no sweaters tied around the waists or pearls.

I know I'll be back to the leopard print and leather boots come fall, but for now, I'm just going to kick back and enjoy some casual summer prep.
