Getting New Glasses: LensCrafters Accufit

When I was in 7th grade, I learned that I had to get glasses, and I cried and cried. I was worried that I'd look like a big nerd - and I did. But times change, and I'm a huge fan of wearing glasses now. I still wear my contacts most of the time, but I love the fact that there are so many options for stylish frames.

And I can't wait to explore these options at my local LensCrafters, especially now that they've launched their new Accufit technology, a Digital Measurement System which helps narrow down frame choice, find the right lens, and get fitted with glasses truly crafted for you. It's a complimentary service, available exclusively at LensCrafters.

I'm going to visit LensCrafters in a few weeks to get fitted and pick out my new frames, but for now, I'm having a blast browsing their website. They carry some great brands: Ray-Ban, Prada, Tory Burch, Tiffany, Coach, and more. Here are a couple of frames I can't wait to try on. Which are your favorite?

1, 2, 3, 4, 5

I'll post with a follow-up after I've chosen my new glasses. In the meantime, if you're looking for a new pair, check out the LensCrafters site or their Facebook app.

LensCrafters offers a clearly different optical experience by helping you find your perfect pair of eyeglasses that allows you to see 5x clearer.
