What to Wear: Getting Ready on your Wedding Day

Today's post was inspired by Kim over at Glamour.com, who thought that my Olivia Palermo look for less from last week would be a good getting-ready outfit for a bride. I hadn't considered that, but it would be a really cute look for a morning spent at a salon.

Since a lot of brides have their photographers documenting the hair and makeup experience, many don't want to wear their standard morning yoga pants and ratty tee. This outfit is more appropriate for a hotel room, unless you want to go gallivanting around town in your robe (I got ready in my hotel room and it was a blast. I wore this robe from Plum Pretty Sugar).

Just remember - you'll want something that doesn't require pulling off over your head. You don't want to ruin your new coiff and makeup.
