Piper Chapman Halloween Costume (from Orange is the New Black)

Orange is the New Black was all the rage this year, and for good reason - it was one of the best TV shows of 2013. If you want a comfy costume, new inmate Piper Chapman, played by Taylor Schilling,  is the way to go!
