I just spent about 10 minutes staring at this photo trying to figure out what Jessica was thinking, and the best I could come up with was this: She got her dates confused, thought Thanksgiving was in July, and decided to wear an outfit that invoked both the Pilgrims (long, bulky, buttoned-up black garment) and the Native Americans (fringe).
And it's a shame, because the rest of the outfit looks pretty cute. So here's how I'd restyle Jessica for $99.92.
