Believe it or not, I can see where Shenae was going with this. I think she was trying to rock this maxi dress in a funky 70's way a la Rachel Zoe or SJP. But, unfortunately, she's failed. The dark green looks beautiful on her, but the rest of the look is just shapeless and cheap looking.
