This is another one of those instances where I like everything that the fashion victim wearing - I just don't like it all together. Why did Katie throw a casual hooded jacket over her cocktail dress? And while I totally dig her pumps, I don't think they work with the rest of the outfit and they especially look out of place with the black tights.
