Inspired by Alaska - from Kelsey of Snappy Casual

This next guest post is from the stylish and frugal Kelsey of Snappy Casual. She took inspiration from Alaska (where I am right now!) to put together this adorable and casual outfit!  And since I'm a giant copycat, I've added links to where you can copy Kelsey's look (glasses, shirt, hoodie, jeans, shoes, purse)Thanks, Kelsey! xo, Dana.

Isn’t this a beautiful photo of Alaska? All that open wilderness is just breathtaking. I particularly love the colors…blue, white, green, yellow, pink.

I love the way the blue sky, white clouds and snow-capped blue mountains blend together and then are enveloped by rolling green hills and trees. And how charming is the little blue river and those beautiful pink flowers?

I saw this photo and thought…I can dress like this!

So I did.

GLASSES: CHARLOTTE RUSSE | SHIRT: OLD NAVY | CARDIGAN: VINTAGE PIONEER (WITH ADDED PERSONAL FLAIR) | JEGGINGS: AMERICAN EAGLE | SHOES: ESPRIT | PURSE: LE MODE ACCESSORIES

The blue and white stripes of my shirt are like the sky and mountains, and my zip-up hoodie represents the forest. My jeans (with yellow stitching) are the river and my shoes are the flowers (and they even have flowers on them!).
