I got tickets with a bunch of my girlfriends and a few of our boyfriends to go to a country concert this fall. I got these great light blue/turquoise cowboy boots this summer at a rummage sale for only $5.00! They are similar to these. I really want to wear these but am struggling to find an outfit to go with them. I live in Wisconsin and the concert is in mid-November so it will be chilly out. I am on the shorter side (5'3) but would love to show off my legs with a dress. Help me please!?
