Inspired By: Angela from Who's the Boss?

Over the weekend, I brought some friends with me to pick out a pair of Warby Parker frames. When I tried on the Griffin frames, my friend said "No. You look like Angela Bauer." She meant, of course, Angela from Who's the Boss?, and while she wasn't that off base, I decided that I loved the glasses anyway and placed an order.

But then I was inspired. Angela was a successful career woman in the 80's and boy did she dress like one. Power suits, shoulder pads, and yes, big-ass glasses.

It's not hard to channel Angela today, though. Silhouettes are a bit softer, but structure and color are very much in style. Here are some items inspired by Angela (or, as Tony would say, Angeler).
