Inspired By: "Lovely Ladies" from Les Miserables

One of my favorite scenes in Les Miserables - the play and the movie - is the number "Lovely Ladies," a tongue-in-cheek but sad number sung by 18th century French prostitutes. Their costumes are made up of corsets, full skirts, feathers, ruffles, and tacky, and garish makeup, and they definitely make an impression.

This isn't a look that most people will want to take literally, but you can always be inspired by these flirty pieces.
