I've said before that I'm a huge Harry Potter fan, and I thought it was time to feature another lovely lady from the wizarding world.  Fleur Delacour, played by Clemence Poesy, didn't have as large a part in the film series as she did in the books, but in her few appearances, she looked incredible.

Blue is her signature color, with a bit of grey mixed in. She's the quintessential chic French lady, and it's easy to channel her look.

Girl Crush: Clémence Poésy

My sister used to live in Paris, so I've been there several times. Each time I visited, I was always so impressed with everyone's style there. The women looked like they grabbed the first garments they saw in their closet, threw it on without even looking in the mirror, and just happened to look perfect. And Clémence completely embodies that French effortless chic.
