There is a rule that many fashionistas follow: after you get dressed and before you leave the house, remove one thing that you're wearing. That way, you won't be over-accessorized. Simplicity is key.
Well, Paris here needed to take one thing off. Well, probably a few things. Well, if I'm being honest, I think she needed to take it all off and start from scratch.
Here is a laid-back California look that's much simpler but still just as bright. For just $94.12, Paris can look much less ridiculous.

Miz Hilton almost looks fantastic in this outfit. I'm not crazy about the black flats; lighter colored flats or strappy sandals would've been much more fitting. But, hey, I don't create the outfits, I just copy 'em.
